Diane Cote from the Manti-LaSal National Forest presents a story about collaboration, restoration and forest utilization at Millers Flat. She brings with her over 30 years of forestry experience as the forest silviculturist with the Manti-LaSal NF. Her positions have ranged from working as a forester and then as a Silviculturist in the temperate forests of Washington in the Gifford Pinchot NF in the 80's to holding the position as the District Silviculturist in the Wallowa Whitman NF in Oregon in the 90's. Diane came to Utah in the mid-90's where she began working as the Forest Silviculturist in the Sanpete Ranger District. In this webinar, Diane tells us a success story that involved multiple Utah partners working together for a common goal: restoration and utilization.
