On March 19, 2013 at 12:00 p.m. MDT, USU Forestry Extension hosted the fifth "Learn at Lunch" webinar. Charice Bourdeaux, Programs Manager for the Utah Society for Environmental Education presented information about the Project Learning Tree curriculum.

Environmental education is an important tool for reaching your audience, whether in a non-formal setting or in the classroom. This month's speaker was Charice Bourdeaux, Programs Manager for the Utah Society for Environmental Education. Before she joined USEE, she worked in youth programming for 5 years, where she facilitated classes in environmental sustainability and outdoor recreation. In addition to managing USEE's professional development program, Charice also facilitates professional development workshops, and manages projects associated with grants for USEE.
