What's in a Name? Tree Taxonomy and an Introduction to Tree Identification

USU Forestry Extension Specialist Dr. Mike Kuhns presents several topics of interest to urban foresters and arborists, but also to anyone interested in trees and forests. The webcast addresses tree taxonomy, or how trees are classified and named. Also included is an introduction to the new Utah Online Tree Utah Online Tree Browser and some observations on tree selection and care from Dr. Kuhns' experiences on sabbatical in Seattle.
